How do I describe myself? Not an easy question!! I have been told I am kind, easy going, and a good listener. I have just changed jobs. I know work Monday through Friday most weekends and holidays off. This is a new way of life for me. I am open to new challenges and adventures to fill up the weekends!! During the week I like to be at home and relax.
I am a single mother-kids are grown. I enjoyed raising the three of them but I am ready for the company of people my own age. I am comfortable with my own company, therefore I do not need or want a lot of drama or demands. I am looking for an easy going friendship. Someone who enjoys the outdoors has a sense of adventure and humor, but is also comfortable just sitting on the couch in peaceful quiet. (Sounds blissful)
I live in the country-I have also lived in the city. I am much happier in the country. I enjoy a movie once and a while. Shopping is a necessary evil that must be tolerated (LOL). I like to learn new things. I am interested in how things work and enjoy the challenge of fixing a problem. I am in the process of remodeling the family farm house. The kids and I have done most of the work ourselves. I cook rather than starve. When I was cooking for a family I was an awesome cook. I am grateful God has taken that talent away!! There are too many adventures in life to spend it planning meals and doing dishes.
